What Does Our Staff Do?

Our trained staff meets one-on-one with clients over the phone, via videoconference or in the office, to review and discuss their eligibility for various health and related programs. We complete and submit applications with required documentation to the appropriate agencies and then guide clients through the follow up needed to secure coverage and benefits. Our staff has over 60 years collective experience working with local, state and federal programs and has the expertise and knowledge to guide clients through the entire application and enrollment process from start to finish to ensure that clients maximize their benefits. Each staff person has at least 100 client contacts every week – that’s over 20,000 every year!
