Vineyard Smiles is a program of the Dukes County Health Access Program, provided by Ellen Downing Gould, RDH of Polished Teeth, a Permitted Portable Dental Operatory. MassHealth values adult cleaning and screening at an $80 reimbursement value. Vineyard Smiles is supported by the generosity of the Martha’s Vineyard Community Foundation and the Island Boards of Health.
